Long Time Leesburg Company Expands Its Business and Services

Severn Mortgage has moved its headquarters to its new location at 44121 Harry Byrd Highway, Suite # 250 in Ashburn, VA effective June 30, 2007. A business fixture in Leesburg for almost ten years they’ve been voted, by the residents of Loudoun County, as one of the “Best Mortgage Companies” in the area time and time again. “The decision to move”, stated Lawrie Vick, President of Severn Mortgage was one of both planning & necessity. Last April our lease was up, and we had been looking to expand our reach further out to the east of Leesburg and into Fairfax Country, the Ashburn location seemed ideal.

Ashburn is home to many major and minor subdivisions; Ashburn Village, Brambleton, Farmwell, Belmont Greene, and Belmont Country Club among them. Our office is located on Harry Byrd Highway (Route 7) between the Clairborne and Ashburn Village Boulevard exits, next to The Community Church. Traveling from Leesburg, just pull into our parking lot past the Clairborne exit on Rt. 7. Traveling from Sterling you can choose to take the Clairborne exit, round the loop and get back on Rt. 7 traveling east and pull into our parking lot.
